2.1 Opening an Account

Only one account per person is permitted on the betbdr platform. If the same person creates multiple accounts, all accounts may be permanently closed and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

Providing accurate and complete information at the time of registration is mandatory. Creating an account with false information is a serious breach of these terms.

2.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity carried out through your account. If you notice any suspicious activity, notify our support team immediately.

• Do not allow anyone else to use your account.
• Always log out after using a public computer or public Wi-Fi.
• Use a strong and unique password.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

betbdr may request documents to verify a user's identity at any time. Failure to provide the required documents in a timely manner may result in the account being temporarily or permanently suspended. Cooperating with the verification process is an obligation of every user.

2.4 Closing an Account

betbdr reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account for any reason, especially in cases of breach of these terms. Users may also request account closure at any time through support.

3.1 Deposit Terms

The betbdr platform currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Bank Transfer. The minimum deposit amount for all methods is ৳200.

• Only use a payment method registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.
• All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
• If a deposit is delayed due to a technical error, please contact support.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Successful withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour. Before submitting a withdrawal request, ensure that:

• Your account identity verification is complete.
• The wagering requirements for any applicable bonus have been met.
• The withdrawal method is compatible with your deposit method.
• There are no active investigations or account restrictions.

betbdr reserves the right to delay or reject any withdrawal request if fraud or money laundering is suspected.

3.3 Currency and Tax Liability

All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Any taxes or duties applicable on winnings are entirely the personal responsibility of the user. betbdr is not obligated to provide tax advice or assistance.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

betbdr offers new users a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example — depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500. Depositing ৳14,000 gives the maximum ৳10,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳24,000.

A 20x wagering requirement applies to the bonus, meaning you must wager 20 times the total bonus amount before withdrawing.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may have its own specific terms; read the relevant terms before accepting an offer.
• A bonus can only be received once per account.
• betbdr reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse or exploitation is proven, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash.

4.3 VIP Program

betbdr's VIP program has five tiers. You can move up to higher tiers through regular play and receive weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% cashback per week
• Silver: up to 0.3% cashback per week
• Gold: up to 0.5% cashback per week
• Platinum: up to 0.6% cashback per week
• Diamond: up to 0.8% cashback per week

5.1 General Betting Rules

The betbdr platform offers various types of betting and gaming including cricket, slots, live casino and fishing games. Each game category may have its own rules.

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Bets resulting in unusually large winnings due to a technical error may be subject to review.
• Any winnings obtained by exploiting a software or system error will be considered void.

5.2 Sports Betting

Odds in live and pre-match betting are subject to change. If a bet is confirmed before the odds change, those odds will apply. If a match is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled according to betbdr's established rules.

5.3 Fair Play Policy

betbdr ensures a fair and transparent gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Using bots, automated software or any technical aid to play games.
• Abusing bonuses through multiple accounts (arbitrage betting).
• Fraudulent collusion with other players or betbdr staff.

If any of the above violations are proven, the account will be permanently closed and all deposits and winnings may be forfeited.

11.2 Severability

11.3 Waiver of Rights

If betbdr does not exercise a particular right in a given situation, it does not mean that betbdr has permanently waived that right.

11.4 Intellectual Property

betbdr's website, logos, content, and software are entirely the intellectual property of betbdr. Copying, modifying, or distributing anything without permission is prohibited.

11.5 Language

These terms and conditions are written in Bengali. If any inconsistency arises between versions in different languages, the Bengali version shall prevail.
